Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed. Eventually, you will receive and email update with the tracking code of your shipment.
Expect to receive your order within 1-10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please be advised, that if the piece you selected is out of stock, we can produce it especially for you. We are pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 7 days from the date you received your order. Your products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes and other signature packaging materials, as well as La Emperatriz hanging tags. Shipping charges are not refundable. For all repair inquiries please contact email@example.com and include proof of purchase, a picture of the item and your contact information, and we will do our best to assist you. Once the repair is approved, we will provide you with return shipping information. Returns can be refunded as La Emperatriz credits or to the original method of payment, where applicable. Items that are pre-ordered and placed across multiple cards will be refunded to the same cards used, regardless of the cards being removed from the site, cards expiring, or updating card information. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to post to your account. Any returned products that are damaged, or do not include the packaging materials, that are soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by La Emperatriz.
Any product returned outside of the 14-day return policy are at the discretion of La Emperatriz and may not be accepted or only accepted for credits.
Products that are received damaged or become damaged by a manufacturing fault within ninety (90) days of purchase are considered faulty. Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Our team will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is a result of normal wear and tear, or some other reason. Damaged or faulty products will be replaced or repaired where possible and will be subject to availability. If possible, we will offer to repair the faulty item. If a product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund within the ninety (90) day period. The customer is responsible for round trip shipping fees.
